Hi, I will need some explanation about your KYC requirement, what do you mean by no upfront KYC? Or no KYC you meant? I think this mean that KYC can still be asked if needed?
As 'arwin100' has said above, it is just a marketing strategy. In reality, their KYC requirements are as same as most other Curacao-licensed casinos. OP had already answered the KYC-related inquiries in his earlier post. You may read the post to clear your doubts.
In my earlier comment, I have pointed out the misconceptions that the term no kyc may cause in the discussion on this thread,  but the reality is that this casino is no different from every other casino that has AML laws and this has to be put clear that even though there may not demand for KYC at the point of opening an account,  on the long run you may be asked for KYC do to one thing or the other in the time of you playing in the casino.

Well also we can't blame them for using such an approach to sound appealing to their potential clients,  because most gamblers value their privacy and as that will want to see a KYC that promotes their privacy through such things as KYC because that is the only way that your documents will be demanded for identity verification.
