I only post this because I remembered someone posting here that it would be highly illegal for a fund provider like Blackrock to prebuy assets before opening said fund and having orders from outside money to buy the assets of the new ETF, and if I was a better poster I would find that post and might yet still in the future.

I said as much way back in an earlier post, and someone smugly snarked at me over it.
These elite financial firms like Blackrock are corrupt as hell, and they are in bed with the SEC.
Does anyone really think they wouldn't start accumulating btc on the DL (through 3rd parties) for the clients well ahead of their Spot ETF launch? They can easily do it as their "partners in crime" will happily look the other way.
If you don't think that, I've got some news for ya...you're completely clueless how the world works.
