I only saw this now. Ratimov indeed
wiped his sent feedback, and withdrew all the Flags. I only checked a few of the Flags created by other users, but
it looks like Ratimov deleted his vote on (all of?) those too.
Ratimov seems to have a flair for the dramatic.
