The point is that everyone has a different understanding of casinos that ask for details of their users' identities. Of course there are negatives and positives, but for me it is not good to give details of our identities to online sites, because we don't know what will happen in the future and as far as I know, storing real identities online is not good.

But currently I still enjoy gambling at online casinos that don't require real identity, I don't know what the future holds, but I don't feel safe sharing all of that, I prefer casinos that don't require detailed KYC, I feel uneasy if real identity is shared online, especially for online casinos.
