Well I read the op and I don't think I make mistake or probably what I understand the op is different from what you wrote. I analyst the Data you presented, if what have you have presented is contrary to the TC then you make enquiry from the support team because they have the full details of your case.

And last. I didn't see @Coin_trader as you question to screenshot, but to the op. Why you did not use your main account for this thread instead of alt-account.
