For me, this is one of the most difficult parts of holding bitcoin. The toughest test is when the price of bitcoin falls sharply and does not return to the price when we bought bitcoin for quite a long time. In theory and belief we believe that the price of bitcoin will rise and touch a new ATH but in practice it is difficult unless we can forget the investment we have in bitcoin and see it again when the price is very high.
