I'm starting to think that Erik Ten Hag is not the coach that Man United really needs because he has not been able to provide a solution for Man United so far. We all know that he doesn't have much knowledge of the Premier League, so it is practically quite difficult for him to make an improvement for Man United. In terms of player composition, Man United actually has many great players, but for some reason, none of the many players seemed to match Ten Hag's strategy, so what happened on the field was that their game looked monotonous and their rhythm did not improve.
ETH was Man Utd's dream coach following his success with Ajax. Man Utd management and fans expected a quick turnaround but that's often not the case with most teams and also, I don't like how Ten Hag is always in a feud with some of his players which ends up in them getting sidelined and possibly see them out of the club. Doesn't speak about good chemistry of the team. If there's no real love in the squad, the entire team would suffer. This is evident in this current ten hag's team. Never seen Rashford and Bruno so frustrated in games. Definitely speaks volume.
Although Ten Hag is Manchester United's dream coach, perhaps we cannot equate the situation of Manchester United with Ajak, because obviously there must be some differences that could even be quite significant in terms of team management. It looks like Ten Hag is having some unusual problems for him at Manchester United, hence as we see this season Manchester United are really down. And yes, maybe one of the causes of the downturn experienced by the team is because of the habit of Ten Hag himself who has been at odds with his players so of course it creates a bad impact on the point of view of each player to him, and also yes it is difficult to be able to build good chemistry with the players if indeed Ten Hag himself does not set a good example.
So in my opinion, it seems that the initial problem is that some of their cohesiveness is difficult to establish so that they always experience things that are beyond expectations in several matches this season, and of course the cause is because there are always problems of discord in the squad whether it is between players and coaches or players with players again.
