The simple solution is to convert your local currency to an international currency that is accepted everywhere. In my case, I usually convert to US dollar and then go to the market to buy other cryptocurrency. You can always find coin and stable coin pair which is much easier and not complicated. So why would I need a formula for this? Can you explain in detail?

What do you want to make things complicated when there's already a simple solution for that? Or maybe I don't understand what you are trying to say. Every nation has their own way of converting their currency to cryptocurrency and I don't think something new is needed. Don't push food into people's throat when their belly is already full. They are going to vomit.
