Real Madrid and Manchester City are my favorite team, I've full confidence in these teams mentioned, they have a brilliant squad and competent coach to lead them to path od glory. These are not only the teams, there are more teams that are fighting really hard to qualify. They're up and ready to kickoff in UCL round of 16. They sacrifice enough work to make this work, consistency in outstanding performance and they're heading into a qualified phase. These teams are competitive and strong on the standings in UEFA Champions League.
At least I can still hope that 2 Premier League teams can qualify for the round of 16 instead of just Manchester City. Arsenal and Manchester City are the two best teams from the Premier League who have the opportunity to progress higher in the Champions League this season. Arsenal are not guaranteed to qualify, but they have a big chance of doing so even though the gap between PSV and Lens is only 4 points. It is hard to believe that Arsenal lose the next two matches while Lens and PSG win the next two matches, but one of Lens and PSV will qualify for round of 16.
Barcelona, who represents La Liga, also has a big chance of qualifying if they can win one match from the next two matches. The defeat against Shakhtar was a bit worrying because Barcelona's performance did not match predictions, but they have a better chance than Shakhtar to qualify for the last 16 this season. Apart from Real Madrid and Real Sociedad, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid also have the opportunity to qualify for the round of 16. They'll just have to fight harder to win their next two games, but that's convincing.
