It will be better if you had made your perspective clear and probably more directional so when know exactly what you are talking about and in which concept it is you want us to discuss. Anyways with crypto I would say buying more while a certain asset is growing is ideal especially if you are sure the project is promising and will probably be profitable enough then you could continually buy but make sure to buy only at low price so you profit whenever it goes up.
