I don't think casinos will ever consider having such an option. Inasmuch as casinos might also be guiding and advising gamblers to gamble responsibly, setting such a limit won't be a thing for them. Let's not forget that casinos are businesses, and they are there to make profit, which means your loss for the week is their own gain. Setting up such an option for a minimum loss in a week is going to reduce their own earnings from gamblers.
 
The only thing there is that, if you ask a gambler, you need to work on your own maximum spending limit; you either need to have a weekly limit or a daily limit, and you will have to discipline yourself from breaking those limits. That way, you can be your own guide.
 
The only thing I'm convalescent with in casinos regarding losses is that they offer about 1–10% weekly cash back on their losses, which is also a little giveback considering the amount the gambler might have lost to the casino. If you still don't get those cash back out and wait to start with a new weekly budget, you might still end up spending it in the casino.
