Real Madrid and Manchester City are my favorite team, I've full confidence in these teams mentioned, they have a brilliant squad and competent coach to lead them to path od glory. These are not only the teams, there are more teams that are fighting really hard to qualify. They're up and ready to kickoff in UCL round of 16. They sacrifice enough work to make this work, consistency in outstanding performance and they're heading into a qualified phase. These teams are competitive and strong on the standings in UEFA Champions League.
These two teams are always favorites and in fact both are always ideal finals for the Champions League. We can't imagine that these two teams have equal strength and in terms of squad depth they are almost the same, it's just that Manchester City is still slightly ahead of Real Madrid. In the round of 16, I hope that these two teams will not meet too early and at least they will be able to meet again in the semifinals or even the final, which would be even better. The rivalry between Manchester City and Real Madrid is very healthy and every season the two always work hard to strengthen the existing squad by bringing in new pillars on the field.
Six teams have already secured their spots in the UCL round of 16, and both Real Madrid and Manchester City are among them. Personally, I'm rooting for Man City because it's my favorites and seem to be the only team that truly matters in England right now. I'm confident that Manchester City will give it their all once again. On the other hand, I see Real Madrid making it all the way to the semi-finals and possibly winning the finals. The prospect of them meeting either in the semi-finals or even the final is intriguing and definitely a must-watch. It's going to be an interesting clash between two top-notch teams.
