- Limiting losses and enforcing that limit? Might be healthy for a gambler, might also drive them nuts. It means more drama for casino management, and less profit, so I doubt any casino would ever implement this idea.
That limit should be voluntary if anything. If person sets limit himself or herself and then goes nuts, this clearly indicates gambling addiction and this business is not only about profits, there are morals and ethics involved too and I think every casino should take care of their customers instead of milking them all the way down.

The casinos hoping if all the gamblers are adults since they state if they must be 18 years old during registration, but they don't have any way to make sure if all the gamblers are adults. KYC is one of the way, but they can ask their parents personal information.

Although it were their mistakes, but still not all gamblers are adults.
They can ask for their parents personal information? If player submits KYC documents and gets verified, that means that player is 18 years old or higher. Why does casino need their parents personal information? People under 18 can't register and in some cases, people under 21 can't register, it depends on their location. If someone is younger than 18, that person won't be able to pass KYC test. I just don't get this point of yours.
