Maybe since they are newly established, that may be a consideration which they may work on later, i think they are just starting being the first time, it may be tough for now and also comes with alot of demands including financial aspects, but yet they should look forward to making most of the observations they were being corrected of to see them effectively implemented on their site, i also think this has to be a little more process required to get their license approved possibly, every other requirements needed should also be well taken into considerations.
