Chelsea had 63% ball possession as well as attacking a lot. And perhaps this is why Tottenham's performance was quite poor. While Chelsea's players made a total of 17 shots, Tottenham's players made only 8. Let's hope we don't see such a poor performance from Tottenham against Wolves. Players need to be more confident.
If Chelsea had smart attackers, they would have scored more than four goals in the match. We all saw lots of opportunities that were wasted by Chelsea in the match, but they still scored four goals, which is not bad for them.
Hey hey if we look at the match that happened Chelsea even scored more than 4 goals, it's just that some of their goals were disallowed because of VAR which made the statement that Chelsea's smart attackers sounded harsh to me.
But whatever happens, when 11 against 9 is clearly an advantage and Chelsea managed to win it was a must because if not this will further tarnish their big name.
But in this case the victory against Tottenham I don't think it can be used as a reference that they have changed because however seeing the current situation that is happening especially with some big matches they are ready to face in the coming weeks this could make Chelsea return to their previous performance.
