This is how business should be and if there's really a cases that they drive out the winners then maybe they are a scam casino and doesn't want their gamblers to win so we should avoid that.
You clearly have no idea how sportsbooks function. Most sportsbooks are considered soft sportsbooks which implies that they don't like consistent winners and chase them away by limiting their bets.

Only few books are considered sharp like Pinnacle, Bookmaker etc which welcome winning punters and don't chase them away at all.

I don't know why some people will just out of their own personal assumption made a conclusion on what is not it, why are they thinking that sportbooks are being manipulated by the providers, if this had been that easy or possible to achieve then why are sone gamblers still found winning over the house, or maybe we should ask why many gamblers are still interested in going after this while gambling.
There's always that reason and its not something that you can removed on human beings.  Grin

Stay or deal up on the place on which you do seem comfortable, some might be having that notable difference in terms of handling out their bettors or customers
We do have tons of choices in speaking about platforms and its up to you which one you would really be deciding on where to play. The lists above given
about that sportsbook that currently existing, it might not be updated considering that there are new platforms as of this moment which is also
that considerable in speaking about reputation and legitimacy.
The choice to gamble on a specific casino is solely aimed at how the gambler views the casino and what level of trust he builds within the time that he may have gambled on the casino,  and if he finds that casino worthy to stay with all the time,  we have seen several time where gamblers who failed to carry out adequate search about a casino fall for the scams casinos that we have around and that is one of a hell experience that no one will want to go through.

Imagine having your money stuck on a casino that you failed to carry out adequate research on to know how they operate and treat their clients when it comes to game probability fairness and withdrawal transparency.
