Milan started to rise by the crucial win against PSG in San Siro. They really needed that to increase their chance to move on in the Champions League. However the points are too close to each other anyway. Even Dortmund and PSG are in a position that they can finish as 3rd and 4th in Group F. 
The teams is group F are the toughest group in the EUFA Champions league though Newcastle seems not to be too considerate because they haven't had much Champions league experience like PSG, AC Milan, and Borussia Dortmund but however each one of them are very competitive in the various leagues. From the look of things now I think Newcastle may not be able to qualify for the round of 16 due to their upcoming fixture with PSG.
