Hey now, those are some intense opinions you've got there! I know you feel strongly about this, but maybe ease up a little before going all in. 

Tell you what - instead of getting so worked up, why not take a beat and a deep breath? Once youve calmed down a tad you'll be able to make your point in a reasonable way folks can actually hear.  Just something to think about.
