NZ is the team which has the habit of losing in the semi finals, and I am sure India will easily make it to the finals. The real battle will be between India, Australia and South Africa for the title.
During the last world cup (in 2019), they won the semi-final and almost won the final as well. So you should not underestimate New Zealand. And Indians do have a habit of performing very well in the group phase and then losing the knockout matches. So even at this point, there are no clear favorites. India do have the home advantage as well as momentum, so they may be considered as the team that is most probable to be crowned as the champions. But at the same time, you can't write off the other three teams. Each of them have their own positives.
You may be right but i have a gut feeling that India will win this World Cup.
And as far as the last World Cup is concerned, I remember that England was given an unfair advantage in the last over and it was a controversial win for England.
I don't know but I can see the ICC's new patterns, The Big 3 hosting the World Cup and winning it. Englands hosted in 2019 and England won it.

New Zealand is having impressive history in ICC events, but sadly they have never been able to win trophy now they are having seventh straight semifinal spot with losing two finals is also their achievement and most chances we will never have them as champions in next edition as well hopefully their luck works once they will host event again as co-host of Australia, and they will have this honor.
