.And as far as the last World Cup is concerned, I remember that England was given an unfair advantage in the last over and it was a controversial win for England.
The rules were not set by the ICC when they saw England in the final, the rules were there even when the tournament started and if any other team or even Bangladesh or Pakistan were in the final, the same rule applies
