I advise everyone to stay as far away as possible from this broker. I deposited some funds earlier since I wanted to check out what they were offering and proceeded to complete KYC verification which is pretty much mandatory with these brokers.
I submitted everything including face verification, but they didn't accept my ID stating my photo was old which is bizarre since that ID is a one-time permanent ID card. This ID was accepted pretty quickly by Betinasia btw.
I am unable to withdraw my deposit now due to this issue which is messed up to say the least.
Ok, i was actually wondering how did a thread from way back 2017 got bumped up to the first page, getting to know that you did it, last post on this thread was in 2022, seems like you save up the link of the thread somewhere, or they have they have linked this thread on their website.
Anyways, it's a good thing you came around to warn other potentials users of this broker not to fall a victim to whatever problems they may have put you through at the moment, i would have also advised that you go on and create a scam accusation against them, but then, you said they have not technically scammed you, if they have refused your document and verify you, and they also have not allowed you to withdraw your money, this could be an attempt to scam you and maybe creating a scam accusation against them now will make them change their mind by either accepting your document or allow you withdraw your money.
Glad their representative is still very much active on the forum, the ball is in your court though, you don't have to wait until you are fully scammed before you create a scam accusation, except the amount of money involved is an amount you can easily let go for them.
