Advise a reliable casino, with the ability to set the amount of maximum loss per week. It should be possible to deposit in cryptocurrencies, it is desirable fast payouts without KYC.

This doesn't sound like a very sane or sensible approach to gambling at all. Most casinos have this sort of offering these days, as promoting responsible gambling is a one of the best things they can do to keep politicians happy and not ban them. However there are so many offerings out there, that even if you put a stoploss on your gambling at one, if you're happy is that impulsive and uncontrolled then you can start depositing at another one within seconds. Unless you pick one that has the stoploss figure you want and then ban yourself from all the other major casinos. Really you just need to get a grip on your spending because it sounds like you are using a very poor strategy right now.
Yeah this also sounds like an unrealistic approach to me,  the reason being that the approach seeks to deprive the casino a lot of revenues which may be against their own operational purpose,  and also the ops made such possible demands due to his own personal interest without minding what the casino may lose from such event and features.

When the gambler lose a game,  the casino gain more income since the staked amount becomes that of the casino because the gambler lost to the casino,  so why implementing a feature that will limit their potential income.
When it comes to the issue of addiction and responsible gambling, reputable casinos usually put the wellbeing of their customers first, regardless of how much they may lose from that customer if he or she stops gambling, for really reputable, they prefer that a customer stop gambling for that time and heal from his or her gambling addiction, and this is because, if that customer keep gambling and one day, had to steal as a means for him or her to finance his or her gambling, and he or she is caught, and thrown into prison, the casino still will loss the customer and whatever money they would have made from him or her. Or assume that the customer as a gambling addict gambled until he or she becomes really depressed and frustrated with life and he or she end up committing suicide, the casino has lost the customer and also lost every money they would have made from him or her.

But if casinos help addicts come out from their addiction, the gambler will after some time continue gambling and the casino will keep making money, even though time, its not as much as it will be when the gambler was addicted, but the truth is that, when it comes to business, earning a penny every day for a very long period of time, is lot better than to earn a dollar one day and never earn it again forever.
