As far as I know, there is no other way than sending an email to support@cryptomixer.io or through the contact link on their website. You can try PMing CryptoMixer.io, but they haven't been active on the forum for the past few days.

Emails are not sent to this email. support@cryptomixer.io. Throws an error.
Feedback does not work on the cryptomixer.io website.

What kind of error are you encountering? Is there a specific message or code that comes up when you try to send emails, or does the email just bounce back to you? I just tried it myself, sending a test email to their address, and it worked fine on my end.
