After watching many matches involving various clubs, I can make an informed guess about the champion for the 2023/2024 championship, Manchester City boasts talented players and an awesome coach. Their consistent performance each year reinforces my belief that they will victorious but Liverpool, Chelsea, and Arsenal need to give more effort to compete at the same level.
Since when Pep Guardiola arrived at Manchester City they have been increase in their performance in each season, they are always incredible in each season, all the three club you mentioned are really in their good form, Arsenal has also improve since last season upto now both in Premier league and in campion league which they are the one on top of the tables while Liverpool are not in champion league but in Europe and their they are performance incredible and Chelsea didn't start the season in a good form but they have started to bounce back.
