I've visited the links and none are related to OP's issue.
Those are issues caused by Electrum's past decision to remove the seed script type selection in the GUI.
Basically, it's those users who wanted to create Electrum wallet with legacy addresses instead of SegWit.

OP's problem is however related to importation of his compressed WIF private keys which results with different addresses from his backup.
