I think that this kind of short and interesting OPs are the kind of translations that can encourage participation in the local boards, if native members engage in a conversation. I don't mean that longer and more technical topics are not valuable (good guides are very helpful not only for members but for visitors too), but shorter texts are faster to translate and easier to read. And we are all a bit lazy from time to time, aren't we?

I agree with what you said, those topics are very nice, especially for beginners who are looking for demystifying basic things.That said, AoBTers, you can start thinking in the next translation proposal.
For the next one, I would like to propose a translation of another 1miau topic, which in my opinion is extremely useful: Why people should be using SegWit addresses
