I think it should be a normal practice to first read reviews, TOS and all other related information before using a casino and if I were a regular casino user, knowing that KYC verification is inevitable especially when you win, I would verify beforehand and also be ready for

Newbie should think about reading the TOS of casino so that they would not get surprise regarding on this kind of checking since this is normally happen to anywhere especially if a casino is KYC compliant one. I know it sucks for undergoing this process and since this is already part of their process then maybe other users should be aware that this one exist and need to think more if they want to undergo on same process.
