Some of the games that they may think are good and seem to have tantalizing odds are in fact nothing more than odds, all games have odds and that means all games have no certainty except when you are lucky. Quite reasonable, I agree that if you want to win then you must be prepared to sacrifice your money in a few or dozens of attempts, so that means if you want it means you must also be prepared to lose, don't be egoistic because this is a game about luck that never escapes defeat, so you must first understand the real concept.
If we talk about sports betting, which might seem like a career for gamblers, it is very difficult because every odds has a meaning in it which must be understood thoroughly and small odds or big odds do not provide any guarantees even though they look very guaranteed as if they will win, but usually a surprise will come like the previous case that I remember Wolves vs Spurs and in the end Wolves won while Spurs were the favorite team but if it was the favorite team both teams had odds of around @2 less but in fact Wolves won that match because of a lack of defenders who got a red card previously.

from what I have told you, this is just an example that even though sports betting is a little easier to get a chance of winning than predicting, it all still depends on luck and this means that sports betting is still not a career for a gambler.
