It also doesn't make sense, when you turn that much RP into satoshi, the worth of that satoshi is WAY beyond what one iphone would worth, plus it was very old version last I checked, don't know if they updated it to iphone 15 to be fair, but even if so, I would say turning that into satoshi is better.
Yep, there was a long time displaying irrelevant phone models as prizes for RP. I guess the freebitcoin team didn't pay proper attention to this because the option of exchanging RP for any electronic gadgets hasn't been in high demand among users. Anyway, the freebitcoin team published an
announcement in this thread just a few days ago that they have upgraded the list of prizes.
By the way it still doesn't make sense to get those rewards, the pricing is just not making any sense. If we are talking about 5+ million RP, that means we are talking about 0.05000000 as in 5 million satoshi. That means with 37k dollars or so per bitcoin, that is over 1.5k, nearly 2k dollars for 5 million RP, and we are talking about even more than that, it's 5 million something for an iphone 15 pro max. Look at the prices of the phones, you can get it for a lot cheaper than that, or at least it is like that for my nation, no idea about each nation. That means if I encash the reward points, turn them into satoshi, withdraw to my exchange, turn it into fiat, and then buy the phone, I would have money left from it.
I think the reward part was never the part they wanted to get attention to, they never really wanted people to get these rewards, they would rather see people get the money for it instead, makes it easier, allows them to do it quicker and cheaper.
