Rudi Garcia has been sacked, they called back Mazzarri after 10 years.

Conte is rumored to have refused them, twice.
Napoli must be realistic that they will not be able to defend their Scudetto title even if they keep their previous coach, who brought them to Scudetto last season, Luciano Spaletti. Sacking Rudi Garcia won't help Napoli to improve their performance too much and they have very little chance to defend the trophy. Because this season, Napoli no longer has a power of surprise like the past season. Inter Milan and Juventus will pay more attention on Napoli that reduce opportunities for Napoli to make another big surprise in the league.
I don't know what the owner of the Napoli club is thinking. I think sacking Rudi Garcia will only bring new problems to the Club. Namely, the players have to adapt again to the playing patterns and strategies brought by the new coach. And something like this has happened to Chelsea in the Premier League. When Todd was too hasty in firing the coach. Which actually makes Chelsea worse. In fact, I think it would be better if the club owner did not rush in making the decision to fire Garcia. Unless the club owner is not targeting the title in Serie A. But he wants the title in UCL.

Juventus surely have more time for their players to recharge energy and recover fitness because they don't play in Champions League and no competition in Europe tournaments like either Europa or Conference League. With full focus on Serie A, Juventus have a very big advantage than Inter Milan and AC Milan. It's hard to say Juventus have best squad and player resource in Serie A but with less tasks to do in this season, they will have chance to do best in Serie A and take Scudetto after losing it to Inter Milan, AC Milan and Napoli last three seasons.
So true. When talking about the quality of players, of course Inter is far superior. But because Inter will divide their focus between two competitions, this could affect the fitness of their squad. Meanwhile, Juventus just needs to play as hard as possible.
