Op i don't think you have full idea about both trading otherwise you don't ask about which trading is best for new comers. Spot trading is normal trading which offer 1x leverage but future trading offer leverage from 2x to 20x even more in some cases. Spot trading is safe more but future trading has higher risk. As you are newbie, one mistake could empty your entire balance without let you know but with spot trading, you can learn with mistakes and gain better experience
Beginners should limit themselves to spot trading in the beginning of trading. When any new traders do direct futures trading in the hope of extra profit, they are sure to lose money because futures trading is very risky. In the beginning a trader does not understand how to do futures trading and has no idea how his entire money can be lost in a moment. Futures trading is more risky when trading is risky. A new trader should not take so much risk in the beginning, spot trading may be the best option for a new trader who needs to learn as well as trade. If you know the rules and regulations of trading then the person can do futures trading if he wants but it is better not to do futures trading in the beginning.
