Manchester United rank in Premier League is not too bad and they can climb up more in rest of season. The season is long and they have enough time to do this task but with their very unstable performances and sometimes very bad, this task is not easy to achieve for Manchester United players.
Yes there sixth position on the premier League table is not too bad because the game is still far and the possibility of Manchester United to climb is still higher because I have seen other teams who are in number six on most table and latter club up because there improvement on performance.
So I believe that if Manchester United will seat up on there remaining matches by wining them there would be a higher chance for them to improve on the premier League table but however no matter how much they try they can never get to the second position on the premier league table.
We also have to remember that currently it is still in the early season category. Because only 12 matches have been played this season. and there are 26 more matches left this season. Which means that currently, any team can still be said to have the same opportunity if they want to improve their ranking in the standings. And the poor performance shown by Manchester United at the start of the season is nothing new. Because last season, Manchester United didn't start the season with good results. They were also inconsistent at the start of last season. But after mid-season Manchester United continued to win and finally their ranking slowly rose until finally they managed to reach the top 3 in the standings and managed to get a ticket to the Champions League.
I think this season the same thing could happen. Because not all teams can continue to stay at the top of the standings from start to finish (About Arsenal last season, perhaps an exception). And not all teams that are good at the start can maintain their good performance until the end of the season. Sometimes there are teams that don't start smoothly but get better as the season goes on.
But Manchester United's current condition is quite worrying. But at least Manchester United can still get a win against a weak team. Although unfortunately they always lose against strong teams. 7 wins and 5 losses is quite bad. But being ranked 6th can still be said to be a condition that is not too bad. But having a difference of 4 points with Aston Villa who are ranked 5th is indeed a fairly wide gap. So Manchester United cannot afford to lose again if they don't want the point difference to widen. At least in the upcoming match in the EPL Manchester United will face weaker Everton. And Manchester United must take advantage of this match. Because after this match Manchester United may have difficulty getting points back because after that Newcastle will be their opponents at the start of next month.
Yes what you said is true because we know that the season is still too early to predict what the season will look like but however there are some clubs that we can easily predict how there outcome will be on this premier League season do to how poor there performance is, so the reason why I said there is know chance for Manchester United to get to the second position on the premier league table is because irrespective if them wining few of there easy matches doesn't guarantee them the chance of becoming second on the table because there performance is very poor and they are not consistent in wining because when we feel they have peak form that's they will show there low performance.
And beside come to even think of it, how possible it is for Manchester United to move themselves over Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur to enter the second position on the table with their current performance is not actually possible perhaps they really need to work on the team so that when they come back next season there performance will improve.
