I'm basically wondering why you're requesting a deposit from an Electreum wallet? You do not need to request a deposit. All you have to do is put the Bitcoin address of your Electreum wallet in the ViaBTC withdrawal box, but of course you must have the minimum withdrawal amount.

I tried to request a withdrawal from the Electreum wallet for the exact same amount, 0.00052172 BTC, and this is what I got:

                         

The order was created without any issues so you may have some issues with your Electreum setting.
