the junk creators suddenly go "promotional viral" and get to scam victims in fomo pumps.. but then the victims cant resell to break even later because everyone wises up to the scam
the creators dont care because they profit at the pump. and they are washing their hands of it. using their scammed proceeds to fund the next scheme 'ticker' of the same junk
