Chelsea didn't start this season with the spirit of winning, I personally don't feel like that for the club. And I would have attributed that to the manager, Pochettino. The inconsistency they started with put them in some unstable position to reach to the top of the table. There's no rocket science as the club needs to be consistent to win this season.
