I predicted this, as I didn't see Napoli's satisfaction with Rudy Garcia. But will sacking him eliminate the problem? Of course not. There is no guarantee that a new coach can immediately make the performance of a club go up significantly. But we'll see if their current coach who was also their coach a few years ago will be able to make a difference and bring fresh air to Napoli.
He needs adaptation now and also he will see how strong the depth of players he has in the squad. I hope he can quickly understand the composition of the players he has.
Yes, that's what I'm worried about and sometimes even a new coach will have difficulty providing direction in a team whose quality is very even. We know that Napoli's squad is filled with good players, especially Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia, so if Mazzarri cannot provide his strategy to these two attacking players then he is definitely a failed coach. Sometimes it is not an easy problem to solve being at a club with an even squad depth and if the desired results are not comparable then he will be under more pressure. Responsibilities as a coach at a club with the status of defending champion will certainly become more mentally distracting. However, it looks like we will first see his journey in leading Napoli and if the results continue to be positive then he can get full attention and support from the squad and fans.
I will not judge this coach's performance from one or two matches, because although he is pressured to be able to immediately give his best, he must also first be given the opportunity as an adaptation process that he will do here. I will see the progress of whether he is a good coach or not after they run at least 3 or even 5 matches, I think that is enough time and fair also for the new Napoli coach.
You are right, holding a club with defending champion status will be very difficult, especially now that their expectations are also high after winning last season.
