I do not like the context here haha, No team in the english premier league is favored to win the league title. Its either you work tirelessly for the league title or be a loser. There are no favors anywhere. Ideally speaking; the odds are not in favor of Spurs winning because they have a poor squad depth; and less qualities compared to Manchester city, Arsenal or Liverpool. Yet the coach seem to be doing an excellent job; if they don't fall out off form, i think a champions league spot is a good season for Ange at Spurs
I can say that Manchester City have the potentials and capacity of winning the Premier League once again this season, let's forget about the absence of Kevin De Bruyne. Even without him they're still a complete team. Having Pep Guardiola also as coach makes City favorite every year for the Competition.
Next in line to be favorites has got to be Arsenal, for they went so far as winning the league last season but they snoozed when they should have wrapped things up against Southampton.
Tottenham Hotspur are another set of bottlers from London. The have a good squad, and they should have prepared for loses of important players like this in the squad. The lose of James Madison is a huge blow honestly.
