There's no better candidate for the Manchester United job, asides Erik Ten Hag, I can only see Pep Guardiola as tue manager with capacity to coach Manchester United. But Pep Guardiola? 
These are just little fantasies up in my head. To sum things up, Erik Ten Hag would do a better and perfect job for Manchester United with the right players!
After Alex Ferguson decided to retire as a coach in 2013, Manchester United tried to start a new era by looking for a new coach who could continue the success that Ferguson had achieved. However, until now it seems that there has not been a single coach who has been able to improve the quality of Manchester United like Ferguson did. Manchester United has replaced several coaches in the hope of being able to compete again in the Premier League. The last coach who was expected to make big changes to the Manchester United squad in fact failed to carry out his duties, Ten Hag was unable to make Manchester United a team capable of competing in the Premier League and Champions League. These are just little fantasies up in my head. To sum things up, Erik Ten Hag would do a better and perfect job for Manchester United with the right players!
Manchester United often inconsistent performance has made management start thinking about the next step in finding a successor to Ten Hag. Regarding Guardiola, it doesn't seem like he will destroy the beautiful atmosphere that has been built with Manchester City, he has become the most successful coach there and succeeded in giving Manchester City their first UCL trophy. There is not the slightest chance for Manchester United to bring in Guardiola, because so far he has been part of Manchester City success.
Well, I think we all know very well that Pep Guardiola has made a good system in the Manchester City squad. So he is not going to go away from the club before experiencing the success that he envisioned. And there is going to be a lot of talk all around the media if Pep Guardiola does decide to be the coach of Manchester United. Of course, I don't think that is happening any time soon, even if it does happen. And I will say that Ten Hag is doing absolutely trash job as the coach, Manchester United didn’t like him from the start. And of course, still don’t like him now.
