It is a good thing that users of your platform have heard from the casino after a long time of disappearance without any statement despite all the worries. 

Now that you have made the statement, it is going to be another hope hanging. IMO I'm thinking, as you have eventually come up with the announcement of your challenges and how you have survived so far, you should have also marshall out plans already with the announcement to start reimbursing your customers money instead of further hope.

However, we wish you will keep in touch and do the needful to users who have lived in regret. I hope you will be back for good and building back the reputation.
