It's a bit amusing to observe the club's movements in handling the current instability. If the rumors about Man United replacing Ten Hag are true, then who is worthy of taking his position?

Some media suggest that Hansi Flick might be the successor to Ten Hag. Hansi Flick is currently unemployed, so the offer from MU doesn't seem like a bad choice. He also has a good track record from his time as a manager in Bayern Munich. Perhaps, this speculation is the best option for MU if they decide to part ways with Ten Hag.

On the other side, MU investor James Ratcliffe has chosen to heed the advice of Ferguson. Since Fergie's decision to end his managerial career in 2013, MU has struggled to consistently win several titles. The poor results this season reflect the severe inconsistency MU is facing. Despite being in 6th place, MU seems to have played entirely on luck early in the season.

Is changing the coach really the best option?
Erik’s position at the club is under serious scrutiny and being questioned as United have had their worst start to a season under his watch, many fans fear the removal of the Dutchman would be a pointless exercise, as his potential dismissal this season would mark the fifth managerial change in less than 11 seasons since Sir Alex Ferguson's departure, here are the leading candidates to replace Erik on a permanent basis, should United yet again look for other options; Reuben Amorim, Graham Potter, Julian Nagelsmaan, Zizouu and Hansi Flick.

Hansi Flick seems to be leading in the race. Flick endured a disastrous spell in charge of the German national team, taking over in 2021 after Euro 2020, he lasted little more than two years in the job, he flopped spectacularly at the 2022 World Cup as Germany was eliminated in the group stages by Japan, he was then sacked last month after a humiliating 4-1 thumping at home by the same team.

Flick at the club level has achieved sextuple with the German giants Bayern Munich in 2020, he has proved that at the club level, he can be successful and can manage a team like United, changing the coach isn’t really important, I think the team needs a proper and total overhaul then things will fall back in place
I don't think Hansi Flick is the right coach to replace Ten Hag and there is no guarantee that Man United will be better if managed by him because just like Ten Hag, Hansi Flick has no experience in the Premier League. In my view, Zinedine Zidane is a better option than Hansi Flick because even though they both have no experience in the Premier League but Zidane is a coach who has a winning mentality and quite good leadership.

Another choice is Antonio Conte. Even though he still hasn't achieved good results with the English teams, Conte has quite a lot of experience in the Premier League, so I think Man United has a chance to shine again with Conte.
