Seeing their action, I have a small chance they are gonna to respond a case.They know, bitcointalk are not a stupid forum after some of few case showing in here. I personally already take a look from a few case, usually some problem are being facing more often on (sportbook) with the reason advantage player/abuse but seing someone from casino-user by finishing TO bonus facing a problem of his withdraw win.
They really experience blocking winning on winning user.
I don't really understand why they are not responding on here. They recently had a signature campaign running for some months and it always take some effort to build a good reputation which they had. Too bad to see, that they are throwing it away and it doesn't give a lot of motivation to keep playing on the site...
I really don't know how or what their issue really is that makes them not be active here on the forum; maybe their forum representative might have some issue with the team or something else.
