Undoubtedly, Leipzig has been a better side than Wolfsburg this season which I think is the reason behind the mass prediction of them beating their hosts in their next fixture in the German Bundesliga campaign but I think Wolfsburg really has a chance of taking all three points from the game because they have all it takes to achieve that and also because of the fact that they'll be playing the game in front of their home fans.
The difference between these two teams is quite far, we can see the difference in points between these two teams is very far, and I think that is a basic conclusion to ascertain about the team that has a greater chance in the match. Of course as you said that this season Leipzig can perform better and not far from the expectations of their fans, as in the last season they can compete in the top five of the standings with other strong teams like Bayern Munich and Dortmund and now there is no change, in the sense that they have good depth and are quite consistent.
This season there is nothing promising from Wolfsburg, in the last five matches they could not win a single victory, but maybe their advantage is only because they will play at home which means they already control the field and also they will have the full support of their fans which indirectly inevitably they must be able to perform better and maximize their performance at all costs. But on the other hand even though they will play at home, I will not put too much hope on Wolfsburg, because obviously the difference in performance from both teams is enough to be the reason who will win.
