To be honest, I'm not surprised that Rudi Garcia was let go by Napoli. And those whispers of player dissatisfaction? The squad wasn't exactly winning under his leadership. Anything like that is never good. They made the proper decision, in my opinion. Football management is a hard business, and occasionally adjustments are required. Currently, I'm not sure how I feel about Mazzarri's comeback. While his prior tenure may not have been revolutionary, winning the Italian Cup is nonetheless a noteworthy accomplishment. Perhaps now is his chance to return with new tactics and insights. This time around, he has a different squad, which might be the biggest factor. Before making assumptions, let's give the guy a chance

In fact, it is difficult to judge how right the management is because now Napoli have not the best results but not the worst either. They have just returned to their usual level, they cannot be higher than it every season like they were last season. We are not saying that it’s time to fire Milan’s coach, although the results there are almost the same, plus Milan has a much lower chance of qualifying for the 1/8 of the Champions League than Napoli.
I think Napoli and Milan are performing worse this year than last year. Milan started well but have suffered some really bad points drops in the last few weeks. In Napoli, things are not going as they wanted. They have lost points one after another and have to fight for the top places, let alone the leadership in the league.
