Some speculators think after btc halving done, its value will start increasing as bull session will come then. If so, then altcoins also start increasing. Some speculators think, even after btc halving, it will take long time for bull session.to be occurred.
We've got some clues that it's likely to happen by 2025 if we'll follow the 4-year cycle. But if it's going to be on Q4 then that's likely the end of the year for 2024 and some entry with upcoming year of 2025. Who knows if by that time we get more confirmations about it.
But in my opinion, after halving there will still 5months to be end of 2024. So it is possible that bull session will be occurred before end of 2024, otherwise may need to wait a year more
