I'm not sure if you have heard of Mr banks, that guy won something similar on stake but he didn't stake with small amount, he used about $6k to win about $415k in good faith, he trended on social media for some days and man is still walking the way he likes. It's possible that the locality area where he stay might affect him if he continues to stay in that area but trying to leave the whole Ghana will be a big mistake for him because I wonder what he plan to do with the money and how he plan to survive if the money finish.
I know some of us must have seen the formal presentation of a mega winner to the public by a gambling platform. Most times, these bookies invite media outlets to their offices to cover the ceremony, so that the news could be captured on newspapers, tv, internet etc. My questions are... Can a bettor reject being unveiled to the public? Are gambling platforms paying an extra money for the publicity?
Deep down, betting platforms are usually sad and feel bad when people win large sum of money from small stake because they think they don't worth and that's why you find out that they want to use such winners as promotional material to let the other players not to give up because hard work pays but we know that out of 1000 small risk staked games, only 1 do make it which is always rare to find.
What I can say about this is, it's depend. If you don't want to be celebrated, I don't think there is such term for casino to openly celebrate you bit if you don't value your privacy and want to show off your luck to the public, they will accept that because the player is serving as a promotional materials and evidence that the platform is paying and people are winning.
