That's true and usually the price table released by the government will be different from events in the field and food prices in an area will definitely vary quite a bit. In my area the price of one pack of rice is not more than $2 and that is luxurious enough for one meal, the standard of food may differ from one person to another and the custom for people who have an average income is the UMP. The price I mentioned above is considered a luxury standard for them to eat because in my area almost the average person who sells one pack of rice is not more than that, except there are some special places that sell wrapped rice above the price I mentioned above
But when we try to buy ingredients and manage the food ourselves at home, the price can increase or decrease depending on the price of basic necessities in the market. The income is probably still in the range of $200k for the average person in the area where I live and it also depends on how they can make money somewhere other than their regular workplace.
