Anyways, Andrea Onana wasn't Injured Injured, it was only slight issues around his shoulders and shouldn't be a big deal. Also you’re right that his injury seems okay and he will not miss any game’s so far but as a precaution Ten Hag should play other goal keeper because if he gets injured during match then it’ll be a massive loss for the club.
Honestly, majority of African players are not happy to represent their country in international duties using one or two excuses forgetting that their home land comes first before any other thing. Some of these players can be annoying with the way they claimed to be injured in any slight contact with opponents. I don't see anything wrong when they communicate with management to have some rest but no, they'll prefer to fake injury. In the case of Onana, he deserves to rest even without injury so that that he can have some time to put himself together and return stronger. It's high time manchester united look for a strong second goal keeper who's able to challenge Onana.
