So once a block is selected, this block's hash and the next blocks will determine who wins each card?
Does that also mean that one number or digit could win multiple times?

it's one prize. the number/digit of the hash picks the winner.
the other cards will be raffled in separate giveaways. OP headline (!) says clear that it's about card #6
