Manchester United and Chelsea are both not in good situations but awe can't say Manchester United should get Eric Ten Hag fired
If the Glazers are incharge and if they succeed in sacking Erik Ten Hag, any other prominent coach that would sits in good position to elevates the team's performance presently? Ofcourse NO because these coaches also needs time to build Manchester United to become a consistent competitive elite team. Just in the case of Manchester City and Arsenal, were it took Pep Guardiola and Mikel Arteta years to build the their team's but in Manchester United own is completely different, Erik Ten Hag have been given enough time and still yet, he failed to deliver.
That will of course depend on the expertise of the coach who will be appointed by Manchester United if they really want to replace Erik Ten Hag, there are coaches who will take a long time but we can also see how Ange Postecoglou is at Tottenham Hotspur and who is no less good is Unai Emery at Asto Villas.
Aston Villa was not in a good condition when they appointed Unai Emery, but he could be said to have succeeded in making this team perform well after he became the coach and succeeded in bringing his team to play in the Conference League this season, in contrast to several seasons where they were only mediocre teams.
My guess is that there is the role of the club owner in making Manchester United not perform well, as well as the failure of their talent scouts in assessing the players they want to buy, but it does not rule out the possibility that Ten Haag will need more time to build this team and unfortunately, after last season's good performance it is now apparent It's also not good because of the player's injury factor.
