Hey you underestimate Manchester City too much if you say they are not as strong as they used to be and some matches that happened if used as a benchmark actually Liverpool is also not much different because in some previous matches Liverpool were also held to a draw from Luton which shouldn't have happened and lost against Toulouse, whose strength is much different from them.
Some matches cannot be used as a benchmark for a result that will occur in other matches because it is only about increasing the probability not as a benchmark it will happen and certainly the Liverpool and Manchester City matches will be very interesting to wait for.
